Dear All,
I have a small business in Australia, manufacturing Paper food Pails (those paper boxes used for carryout at the chinese restaurants). My message is to try to locate some current information on these items...ie: Whats new in this kind of thing...are they on the out...in?...What is being served in them these days..in Australia we have had a great deal of growth in the East meets West style fusion food restaurants of late...like Noodle Bars..Fast service/cooked to order...very fresh asian noodle style dishes.
I have lots of chef mates and associates in Australia if anyone wants any info on this type of food.
