the sorbet fad in France (and other parts of Europe) in the early 80's? I actually thought some of them were clever. Some were so way out there though. As far as gazpacho sorbet... maybe some kind of pureed-almost-V8 frozen thingey on it's own kind of as a palate cleanser might work...
