Bonjour...Welcome to the middle of nowhere, although it sounds like you are not too far from Atlanta. I just saw your posting, I have been in Provence for six weeks researching for my next restaurant, in rural South Carolina. My last place was in Pendleton, SC, 1.5 hours northeast of Atlanta. Where exactly are you in georgia? I do know a few sources, drop me a line I would be glad to share what I have learned.
