I have been using Reynolds #982 Oven Film, it is a roll of one
very long bag. Just cut off what you need, it has ties in it.
I have used it for bone in ham, bone in turkey breasts and
just last night I Char-grilled three beef briskets, put them in
the bags and roasted them in the Crown-X at 375 for 4 hours.
