I knew a guy, dead now, who worked at a famous seafood joint in Boston and he told me how all the bartenders would compete to see who could steal the most.
This restaurant chain has video cameras everywhere. You could say their paranoia was justified.
He said no matter what system they installed the bartenders could beat it.
All the bartenders were doing coke and guess who was paying.
We figgered $60K a yr losses.
How to stop it?
In a nutshell he said if he owned a bar ?, hire chicks.
