Thats not attacking, thats trying show someone ,who obviously feels too sorry for themself to get honest with themselves and see they are responsible for their own failure.
Why blame owners, the owner can't control food cost, if its not the chefs fault who's is it?
Too many people are going the easy route and finding out later they never had what it took in the first place, anyone can cook.
Crybabies who run from one career to the next aren't members of any profession.
I've been in this trade for 30 yrs, seen them come n go, rise to stardom and fizzle out just as quick.
The ones that run just aren't responsible adults in their lives in general, it has little to do with how they make a living.
Taking what might be a cheap shot as they depart...well maybe its better if they don't come back. I haven't the time of day for wimps.
