Do you get the impression no-one cares about butter carvings?
too bad as the schools try and promote it yet you never see anything once you leave the schools.
I've only seen it at food shows , entered by schools. Too bad.
A friend of mine does make butter roses which are served with the bread in his restaurant so don't give up.
