Its strictly amateur, nice pretty pics and good ideas in case you're short on ideas and long on spare time.
Unless theres a new book out the one I looked at had zip re tempering, makes you wonder no?
If you want books to learn about choc don't waste money on this one, she doesn't know anything except how to use publicity (which is better than choc)
