Hello & Happy Cooking!!
I have a dilemma. I have the menu for the R.M.S. Titanic First Class Dining Room's last meal served on April 14, 1912. What I don't have are the recipes. This is for the New Year's party I'm cooking for & authenticity is what I'm striving for (within my food cost budget, of course). Does anyone have any weblinks they could provide to help steer me in the right direction? I seem to have hit an iceberg in my search!! (Sorry, pun intended)
