I am president of an organization called Junior Achievement. We are planning a "Day of Gourmet" for Saturday, Jan. 16, 1999 in Ashland, KY. I am looking for a chef who would be interested in making an appearance. We will have several demonstrations, tastings, etc. going on all day. Any pastry chefs, anyone with some special skill that would make a nice demonstration/presentation. The event is a fundraiser for JA. All proceeds from the event will go toward educational materials to teach the more than 11,000 children in our Tri-state area. We also want this to be a FUN event. Call me and we will talk.
