I was wondering if anyone knows where I could find a recipe
for a tamale with pork filling, wrapped in what I think was traditional
tamal dough and then wrapped in plantain skins or banana skins.
The ones I had were made by a Puerto Rican woman and were
incredibly good. Thanks for the help!
