I had this exact experience. Great little Greek place; they sold;
and now the once wonderful Greek salad dressing was replaced with
tzaziki (sp?) which is good, but *not* salad dressing. Because I speak
only as a patron, my feeling is that the menu MUST change if the
new people can't duplicate what patrons are used to. On the flip
side, it speaks well of a chef who leaves that favorite recipe for
the new chef to duplicate; hey, maybe the restaurant will again
change hands and want to hire that (previous) chef back.

If that chef re-locates out of my traveling range, should I be
deprived of ever experiencing that again? Some chefs probably say
yes, but most patrons would say no.
