Has Anyone Used "The Book of Yields" Book or CD-Rom?

Has anyone bought and used "The Book of Yields"? You can buy the book for $89 or the CD-ROM
for $199. It has conversions from weight to volume. It should be useful in recipe costing,
but it seems expensive. Before I plunk down the money, I just want to know if anyone else
has seen or used it. Thanks.
