This message is in regards to apprenticing.
I am currently researching options as to how to
begin a career
as a cook. Since I have already obtained a BA
returning to school is a little out of the question at
this point. I would like some advice on how to obtain
an apprenticeship. My experience in a proffesional
kitchen is limited yet what I lack in professional
experience is supplemented with a true passion for cooking.
