Do you know the difference between a solicitor and a customer, of course but you failed to catch the solicitor disguised as a customer. I had a guy callme once asking about everything on the menu, how is it served etc. You're instincts are good but you have to be more 'Johnny on the spot' . You coulda caught it quicker and exposed him.
