Get some literature and leave it in the staff room. You would be surprised how many times this works.When the drug rules you, you know it. Maybe they are close to the end and maybe not. You can get the information from any drug treatment facility, AA, NA, hospital, detox centre, police dept., etc. I served 10 years on a Drug and Alcohol Board. I sure was gulable when I first started. I thought only the lower class did drugs. I have seen Doctors, pilots, priests, police, and just about every upper management in all professions. It sure is a scary situation. You would think that with all the awareness, the problem would end.
