: I am trying to locate a great sauce over grilled chicken breasts. One in particular is a sauce made with Jack Daniels. Dave and Busters serves it. Any recipes like this one would be appreciated. THANKS!!

Here is one:
Jack Daniel's BBQ Glaze

2 cups Jack Daniel's Whiskey (or any other good Southern single mash)
1 1/2 cups dark brown sugar or molasses
1 cup Tomato Puree
1 cup Cider Vinegar
1 TB Tamarind Paste
3 Cloves Garlic, minced
2 TB Colemans mustard
1 TB black Pepper, coarse
1 TB Kosher salt
2 TB crushed Anchos

I've been using this since god was a guppy and it is good.If you use pork, baste it with cider vinegar during the smoking and cooking process. Apply during the last 1/2 hour only or it will burn. Since Chicken Breasts don't cook for that long, you can apply it sooner but keep the heat down.
This is also great with 2 TB cocoa powder added for a very dark BBQ sauce with some very interesting flavors
Have fun and say hi to your buddies Buster and what was the other guys name?
