Boy can I help you. I am Chairman of the Board of the Empire State Chef's Association (just finished a term as President). You hit the ACF jackpot in Albany. Not only are there three chapters within a 30 mile radius but we are also hosting the 1998 ACF Northeast Regional conference in April of 1998. Please contact me and I will give you information on the ACF Glens Falls chapter, the ACF Capital District Central NY chapter and the Empire State Chef's Association.
