I have operated a retail shop and florist shop for 17 years. Although not in a lobby or similiar, we have them in a restaurant and self standing location. What type of questions did you need?

: Does anyone run a retail operation in the lobby of a corporate office building, hospital or other similar space? We are considering running a lobby newsstand that also offers services to our employees such as drycleaning, florist, shoe repair/shine, sundries, video rentals, etc. We'd like to speak with someone who is offering this type of facility & services.
