When you stop at Zabars or Balduccis and pick up a pint
of there "ragout of veal and summer vegtables with chantrelles" or whatever you'd like to eat at your table
and not have to cook it, all you have to do is heat and
eat. I think it was once called take-out, but now your food is usually chilled
