: : Does anyone know of an australian sugarcraft magazine out there or any other (e.g. Canadian--english speaking publications?

: The only publications I've seen are specialty books, theres a pastry chef magazine , pretty pictures , spiffy looking designs for desserts but not much real meat as far sugar work.
: You're better off getting a pro book or a video.($$$)

There is I believe an english version of a swiss magazine "sugar artistik" available from (among others) J.B.Prince company in New York city. You may also wish to contact the Ewald and Susan Notter school in Gaithersburg Maryland, usa. They are wonderful people and will know of anything to do with pulled sugar in the world. I don't have their address right here but email if you need that or jb prince.
