Kathy,
I suggest you contact the Foodservice Consultants Society International, they can supply you with the names of professional foodservice facility design consultants and management advisory consultants, in your area, that I'm sure will suit your needs.

Check out the FCSI web site http://www.fcsi.org

And yes I am a professional member of the society. I've been design consulting for 15+ years.

If you already have a 'consultant' but have questions about what they are doing my 'door' is open.

: My company is hiring a consultant for a redesign. Has your company hired a consultant for a redesign? What issues were critical to the success of the program? How did you measure success? What advise do you have for this major (and costly) project.

: We serve an average of 1300 employees daily in a location designed for 1000 employees. With winter coming we are looking for intovative ways to deal with the potienial increase in customers on bad weather days. HELP!
