Finding an agent

I have been in the restaurant business in L.A for the past 30 years and have finally decided I would like to write a cookbook containing an original "cuisine". Any guidance on how to find an agent would be appreciated.

Also, I am interested in becoming a restaurant consultant any ideas how to go about this.
