I had a teacher who was a restaurant consultant his name is Jerry Gliber and he is a culinary arts teacher at the New York Restaurant School NYC he's a nice guy who may be able to help.
I am also a line cook and am looking to get into the food styling buisness if you happen across any foor stylists please contact me with their address so I can ask a few questions.
