OOOOHHH!!!! I don't like the comment about Fernand Point.
No one will ever put Point to shame. You American chefs forget about these important French kings of Gastronomie too quickly! Paul Bocuse still gets teary-eyed when he talks about Point. These T.V. chefs are nauseating yes, but they may encourage Mr and Mrs Kraft Dinner to try something new in the kitchen which in turn actually benefits all of us. I think the WORST OF THEM ALL is that Mrs.Fields cookie chic who is absolutely incompetent! She has NO place demonstrating desserts! WHAT A FOOL!!!
