I am 26 years old, live in southern California, and have no experience nor a college degree. My primary experience is in the secretarial field. I am interested in attending a culinary school with the goal of working in a good restaurant, mainly based on the enjoyment I get out of cooking and baking. Can anyone out there who may be like me give me any advice/feedback..particularly those who have "been there"? Thank you!
