As to those muffins--- what type of batter do you use? When you add your ingredients, do you have to be careful when using wet fresh fruit, or other ingredients? Muffins and I have an understanding--- I don't understand them and they hardly ever turn out the same way twice! I have to bake for a large group once a year and muffins and cookies is my area. I seem to have a hard time with converting small recipes into large ones with any success (or good taste!). So any thoughts on the matter? Also would sea level make a difference? Looking for a great Bran muffin recipe and something I can use fresh fruit in. So give it your best shot. cherie
