I'm trying desparately to find a recipe for those little round thin mints used at weddings or baby showers. They are usually pink with a wintergreen flavor or white with a peppermint flavor. Sometimes they are molded into flowers or various other shapes. I know they use fondant. I found a dry fondant but I cannot find a recipe on how to make these mints with it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!
