Is there some type of emulsifier I can add to this so the color wont separate and the mixture become runny after a day in a disposable piping bag. I'm using Wilton meringue powder because I dont want to deal with the raw egg... Yesterday we had 150 kids come to the club to decorate cookies. They had great fun. Santa...a sing along and all. Are royal icing and fondant the same thing? I realize there's rolling fondant and pouring fondant. A little 5 or 6 year old girl told me I did a beautiful job on my gingerbread display, made it all worth while. It's a forest scene with little rabbits, kitties and mice dressed in coats and dresses decorating a big Christmas tree. And it's finished, yeah! Next is a huge hanakah event.
