need info on sugar work

I need help finding information on sugar work. I am a third year apprentice living and working in Canada, and because of my location in the world my resources are limited. I have only recently become interested in advanced pastry work, including pulled and blown sugar. If anyone can help me find books, websites, or other resources please email me or post a response.
