I am a recent graduate from a culinary insitute and have a job as a pastry/baker. I need help with doing 150 wavy sugar sticks; what can I use to pipe the hot sugar with that will not burn my hands or ruin a cloth pastry bag? Paper doesn't seem safe if it might break.
