Your buche de noel log is splendid! We don't see anything like that around here ... how can you stay in business, selling something so beautifully crafted for such a reasonable price? There's a neo-California-style French bakery in Nashville that sells cakes which are nice (but nowhere near as nice as that) for a third more $.
