That could be anything, exactly which types? the little cakes or choux style (salambo etc) or mini mille fuielle or petite babas...you get my drift.
In france they make more varieties than you'll see here.
For icing you'll need good fondant, I wouldn't bother trying to make it if you can find it someplace, beg the local pastry shop for a couple of pounds.
