Tried the whipped eggs madelaines, superior.
But the ones with seperated eggs is better still.
Still, I could increase the quality of everything we do but I like to keep things sane.
Are you guys doing anything with Puff dough yet?
I have a method that will drive you to madness....and I bet you'd do it.!!
