If nothing else, look at the line of Combi Ovens on the market. I recently purchased a Groen Combi and LOVE IT!
Production levels are very high, products are awesome, and I mean everything from cakes to casseroles!
Turning trays is a thing of the past... Although very pricey, its worth every penny!
