I have served these a number of times and it's amazing. We could have a fantastic gourmet spread with a chef preparing fresh food and the wraps get the most coments. Pitfalls could be using ingredients that are too wet, not letting cooked ingredients cool off completely and transporting ( they need to be kept cool) Always use some good binder to keep the wraps closed also ie goats cheese or some type of spread. Other than that they are great
