I get just as many complaints , uh probably more, than Carl does regarding attitude.
We are pro's at our game and speak our minds, we talk to people just as we talk to each other, pro's rarely cut each other slack nor do we want any.
Its the nature of the game, we like it like that and I steer clear of web sites where everyone is exchanging "hugs" in their dialogue.
I have just enough experience at catering to know its a very tough game, VERY easy to get started and a LOT easier to lose your shirt, there are aspects to it that aren't obvious until you get clipped a couple of times.
Its kinda alarming to see people asking very basic questions, tells us that you're unprepared.
I suggest everyone put their feelings in a box, a safety deposit box because along with the give n take you get here the quality of professional advise is invaluable.
