I have recently aquired a job working at a new banquet hall as a chef. The owner is subcontracting my services. I will be purchasing the food and cooking it at his facility. Do I need a license and liability insurance? What if I need to hire someone to help me cook? I live in Florida. Any help in this area would be greatly appreciated.
