Based upon what I NOW know about you, I may need to come to you after you are open to learn from you....

As far as holding food. Again, I have seen many great HMR businesses who prepare the food, refrigerate in and sell it to consumers who can go home and microwave. Honestly, I believe that you have more control over your in house food than your delivery. So not to worry. As far as advising you on courses to take, I believe you will make the best choice based upon your interest.

I honestly do not know anything about high teas. What is typically served at high teas? There has been talk around my area about them, but no one has ventured. I am in the process of opening a food to go business with gourmet prepared entrees, salads, veggies and desserts. I will also have a gourmet market as well. We will very nice cafe area. We have talked casually about the high tea business. Give me some more info please.
