We are going to be writting a contract for complete sales, foodservice and on premis catering for a local Elks Lodge. Although, we have other public venues in which we have done this, I didn't know if there are any areas I should consider with a private club that would be different than in public. Other than offering discounted prices for member functions and answering to our assigned committee who will report to the board of directors are there any other areas I should be concerned with to include in this contract. Interested in hearing from any other caterers that may have such a contract. Thanks for the help Kevin
