: I knew of a place called Gansevoort Kitchens which rented per-day - it was great but now I'm having trouble locating them. Does anyone know where they are? There's also a place called the Food Venture Center in Brooklyn which I rented once. I'm looking for per-day rentals myself, any suggestions appreciated.
