There are an increasing number of caterers that are looking for kitchen space. I too am looking for a kitchen for my wife. It is becoming increasingly obvious that there is a shortage of kitchen facilities. We should join forces and buy a space and build a kitchen together to serve our own needs and then rent out the space when there is down time. : : I'm in the process of getting the word out about my personal chef/catering business & have had to pass on a few contract s dur to not having a Dept of Health licensed facility in which to prepare the product. Can anyone help by letting me know of any commercial kitchens in New York City.

: : I knew of a place called Gansevoort Kitchens which rented per-day - it was great but now I'm having trouble locating them. Does anyone know where they are? There's also a place called the Food Venture Center in Brooklyn which I rented once. I'm looking for per-day rentals myself, any suggestions appreciated.
