Now I've heard it all!!

I don't get it, do they want your to take the food arround on a garridon . Or even worse do they want 50 waiters to make up custom plates for each guest.

This sounds like too big a party to create a new style of service for, especially if it is off prem.

If you could please be more spacific what that are looking for I might be able to help.
