Patti, I agree that special events is good, but tend to lean to the event planner. I would highly recommend you consider attending the Catersource Update 2001, January in Vegas. This is a conference targeted to caterers. I have attended four years in a row and have recouped my registration fees, expenses, etc.. many times over from single ideas learned at the conference.....
