I have started my own catering company about three months ago and am doing very well. Although my clients are very happy with my menus, I would like to learn about the newest food trends in LA and NY to offer my clients and keep ahead of the rest. I am in Tampa, Florida and currently subscribe to Special Events magazine, which always has interesting ideas and will be attending The Special Event in New Orleans in Jan, but I don't want to wait. I would love to come up with the best ideas before the holiday season hits. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.
