We are new to doing big festivals. This festival coming up next month is the biggest that we have over done. They say there could be from 20,000 to 25,000 people attending. There will be about 25 food vendors. Does any one have any idea what amount of food should we be figuring on ( Chix & Shrimp kabobs, Pulled BBQ pork sandwiches) are our menu any suggestions will help
