Hi Jon: I gave a more complete answer on the other forum to your question, but with the right conditions , and not knowing your market, and or the popularity of kabobs or BBQ Pork Sandwiches, my guess would be , with the appropriate pricing to your market at as little as 3-400 kabobs and 2-300 Pork Sandwiches, but depending on conditions, it could be as high as 1000 hits for both.
