We own a succesful high end catering co in our fourth
year of business. We are currently at $150,000 in sales.
Would like to go to next level..$300,000 to $400,000.
Cater to the high end Corp. meeting and lunch market.
Would like ideas on how to pay commision to outside
sales & marketing person. ie %rate,term,how do you pay
on referrals,etc.
