I have started a cookie company and need to find a kitchen in which I can produce my product!! Due to limited space and the legalities of getting my home kitchen FDA approved, I need to find a place where I can bake. Can someone please suggest catering kitchens or other commercial kitchens which I could either use myself or have my product made for me in the New York City area. Any links or advice would be greatly appreciated.
