I'm catering a party for a Muslim family, and they don't want any alcohol in any of the food. However, I'd like to make a kahlua cake. I was wondering if there is actually any alcohol left in the cake after cooking. In some foods, all the alcohol cooks out and the flavor remains. Is kahlua cake the same way? Thanks.
